Hi there—I'm really glad you found your way here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Virginia, also licensed in New York. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Fordham University. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. I’ve worked in schools, crisis response, foster care, and psychotherapy settings, which means I bring a grounded, adaptable approach to therapy.
I understand how different systems shape people’s lives, and I aim to create a space that’s flexible, affirming, and tailored to each person’s pace and needs. I’m a down-to-earth listener, a practical problem solver, and I love helping people make sense of what feels overwhelming. I often describe therapy as working on a jigsaw puzzle together.
