Welcome! I support moms and moms-to-be at any stage of motherhood. Together, we navigate anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, build coping skills, and help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself as you navigate the challenges of parenting. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, focusing on strategies that you can use in your daily life to feel supported, empowered, and more in control of your emotional well-being. Our first session is a low-pressure, judgment-free space for you to be heard and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and your goals.
I’ll listen carefully, validate your experiences, and help you begin identifying coping strategies and practical tools to feel calmer and more in control. We’ll also discuss my approach, answer any questions, and make sure therapy feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
By the end, you’ll have a sense of next steps and how we can work together to support your emotional well-being. I create a warm, validating space where moms and moms-to-be feel truly heard and supported.
