If the above speaks to any part of you, I provide individual and couples therapy in-person and online to best support my clients, especially those who identify as highly sensitive, creative, and neurodivergent, as well as intimate partners who feel misattuned or disconnected after significant life transitions.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, EFT attachment and emotion-focused principles, and somatic approaches to support you to create a relationship with yourself and others rooted in compassion, connection, and trust.
