Hi, I’m Sabrina. I specialize in relationship concerns, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and couples therapy. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore topics that can feel difficult to talk about, including infidelity, nontraditional relationship structures, sexuality, pornography concerns, intimacy issues, body image, and identity-related challenges.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in understanding how stress and past experiences impact the body and mind. I integrate EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. Sessions with me are collaborative, honest, and supportive.
