I am trained in Gottman Relationship Counseling, ACT, CBT, and MBSR. I have extensive experience working with members of the queer community and strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space for all clients.
Therapy can be an incredibly helpful tool when navigating life’s challenges. I believe in the healing power of relationships, and I am excited to support you on your therapeutic journey.
