I work with all sorts of people, though the niche I've found myself is working with those who have experienced trauma and who are neurodivergent and/or LGBTQIA+. One of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. This is why I offer a free fifteen minute consultations so you can get an idea of whether I would be a good fit for you. We can still work together, even if you might not be part of the niche I described above. Also, important note: I only work with individuals, not couples or families.

I provide a safe space to talk about anything you want. I use a mix of CBT, EMDR, and IFS, with little bits of other approaches, depending on what works best for you. I find that EMDR and IFS works great for trauma. I take Providence and Medicare Part B insurance (and QMB). I don't take Medicare Advantage.
