About
I believe in a holistic approach to that considers the unique experience of each individual, couple, and family. I help clients build self-efficacy and compassion to heal and move forward to live a fulfilling life. I believe the challenges we are faced with are opportunities to grow and learn who we are and what we want in life. I provide a safe and judgment-free environment to focus your unique experiences and help you gain a deeper understanding of your authentic self and emotional experience while utilizing mindfulness and exploring purpose and meaning.
I am passionate about helping individuals be their genuine selves and work through the challenges that get in the way. Couples and family therapy offers a unique experience to build compassion and understanding for each member and acknowledge the strengths each person contributes to achieve healthy functioning relationships.
I provide services for individuals, couples, families, children/adolescents, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, attachment, adjusting to life changes, eating disorders, parenting, women's issues, self-esteem and beyond. I have additional expertise working with the transgender/gender fluid population and special interest in working with the LGBTQ community.
