I’m Sabrina, and I believe that the space between a counselor and a client is sacred. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, I view it as a true privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s shifts and seek a deeper understanding of yourself.
My approach is rooted in the idea that our past experiences shape us, but they don’t have to define our future. I work with individuals (21+) and couples to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and—most importantly—real. Together, we’ll use a variety of tools tailored to your unique story, helping you process current struggles and move towards wellbeing.
I am humanistic in my approach, which means we are all humans figuring life out. Specifically, my clinical interests are depression, self-concept, relationship challenges. life adjustments, and working with women postpartum.
I wanted to become a therapist to help people work through the silent battles and challenges we as humans often experience. Therapy provides the opportunity for us to take time out of our busy lives and sit with what we are feeling, experiencing, and silently battling – it’s an investment in ourselves and we’re worth that investment.
