I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. Therefore, my role is to assist you in finding solutions that benefit you in the best way possible. My area of focus is working with teens and adults on stress, anxiety, and depression. My highest priority as a therapist is cultivating a space for you, the client, to feel safe, supported, and unconditionally accepted. I have been doing therapy for 24 years and am passionate and committed to supporting others on their healing journey.
I enjoy working with women clients who are ready to use therapy as a safe space to make changes in their lives for themselves. Often, we focus on others' needs and wants; therapy can allow you to focus on just yourself. Therapy sessions can offer a supportive and understanding environment to work on your therapy goals.
