Groups
Stress Management - Skill Building Group
This six week curriculum will prepare you with basic skills to manage stress and anxiety. The group can be a precursor to more intensive individual psychotherapy, or a stand alone treatment modality for acute stress and transition support. Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you are returning to therapy for a tune-up, this course is accessible and dynamic. geared towards young professionals/ adults. Group rates do apply, however in most cases, can be billed to third party payers.
