Life is full of anxiety provoking and difficult situations. At Core, I strive to create a safe environment where you can allow yourself to relieve some of life's most difficult struggles. Meeting you where you are in your mental health journey is my priority.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults with problematic behaviors, adjustments issues and anxiety/depression. I also work with adults struggling with anxiety/depression, relationship issues, life changes, and childhood trauma.
