Therapeutic Book Club
This free, therapist-led book club centers the voices and experiences of women of color while exploring popular self-help and personal growth books. Past reads include Attached, The Four Agreements, Rest is Resistance, and The Psychology of Money. Each month, we dive into guided discussions and real-life strategies to help apply the material in meaningful ways. Participants are strongly encouraged to engage with the reading or bring related reflections to enrich the conversation. Future sessions may include optional group outings (e.g., financial wellness workshops, sensual movement classes) to further support healing, joy, and self-discovery in community.

Boundary Setting Workshop
This mindfulness workshop is designed to help participants understand and cultivate healthy boundaries in their lives. Through a combination of education, mindfulness exercises, and practical scenario-based activities, participants will explore what boundaries are, how to recognize them, and how to assert them effectively. Mindfulness techniques will be introduced to support managing difficult emotions that may arise during boundary-setting. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice applying boundaries in realistic situations and create personalized strategies for maintaining them. By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident, empowered, and comfortable navigating relationships with clarity and self-respect.
