The work of getting to know ourselves more deeply is courageous—and I truly believe we don’t have to do it alone. My mission is to support women of color, queer folks, and first-generation individuals in peeling back the layers of life that may be weighing on them, so they can live with more balance and have more fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves. Sometimes we have a sense of what’s holding us back, and other times we don’t—both are completely natural places to begin.
We’ll work together to explore how your past may be impacting your present, and create space for relief from heavy thoughts and painful emotions. Along the way, we’ll identify practical tools to help you feel more balanced and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
My approach is authentic, warm, interactive, and compassionate. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship focused on helping you reach your goals. I’ll meet you where you are to cultivate a safe, healing space—one where you can be your whole self and gently explore the layers that may be weighing on you.
