In therapy I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you to develop self-awareness, practice acceptance, and process challenges. I believe in drawing on your strengths to help you feel empowered. I practice an integrative approach that includes elements of mindfulness, narrative therapy, attachment focused work, EMDR, and CBT methods.
I enjoy working with diverse populations and have experience helping folks who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, self doubt, and low self esteem.
