Hi, I’m Sabina. If you’re feeling stuck or disconnected in your thoughts and emotions and unsure where to begin, I would welcome the opportunity to support you. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. Many people come to therapy seeking clarity and a steady path forward. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do this alone.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, betrayal, and life transitions. I support children, college-age individuals, adults, and seniors, and have extensive experience working with first responders and community members following critical incidents.

Therapy can be a place to feel understood, regain balance, and reconnect with your inner strength. I offer a safe, compassionate space where we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
