A safe place for neurodivergent kids, as well as first- and second-generation children, teens, young adults, and their families. It's okay if you're reading this and feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from yourself and others. Maybe you're navigating challenges related to anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, identity, family conflict, cultural pressures, or grief. All feelings are welcome. I provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive approach where we can focus on gaining insight, improving emotional regulation, building confidence, enhancing communication, and building connection.
As a neurodivergent, second-generation South Asian American, I understand the complexity of navigating multiple identities and expectations. I offer a warm, relational, culturally attuned space grounded in authenticity and acceptance. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with play therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS-informed, somatic, and attachment-focused approaches.
