I often work with clients, who have experienced some type of trauma and are hoping to gain more trust in themselves and regain a sense of control of their lives. I work with both adolescents and adults. Trauma can be many different things, for example physical, emotional or sexual abuse/assault. It can also be a less severe, but challenging life circumstance, such as a complicated relationship, which you struggle managing. Many people get tangled in online sexual material and have a hard time finding a way out of online sexual activities. I can guide and support recovery from unhealthy sexual behaviors.
You can learn to take better care of yourself in human relationships. You can start to recover from traumatic experiences and regain sense control of your life. I offer CPT for trauma treatment if the client has clear PTSD symptoms. Often, we can work on recovery from unhealthy relationship patterns, anger problems etc. at a more general level
It is possible to improve your life. Whatever your current struggle is, don't stay alone, but reach out to a professional to start solving the challenges you are facing. Also, if you want to get more information about trauma treatment, feel free to email or call me.
