Feeling anxious, lost, alone, disconnected from yourself, partner, family, or peers? I can help. I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience and training working with diverse individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. I have treated mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, attachment ruptures, communication, and relationship challenges. I bring a trauma- informed, strengths-based, culturally competent, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lens to my professional practice.
I integrate evidenced based therapeutic modalities including Ecotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), ecotherapy, mindfulness, attachment based, solution focused, structural and family systems-based interventions into my work.
Taking that initial step to reach out for help can be difficult but know that when you're ready to take that step, I'll be there to hold space for you to process/explore your thoughts, fears, dreams, goals, or whatever you're struggling with. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, inclusive space that allows clients to feel seen, heard, and understood.
