While I primarily use CBT in combination with Psychodynamic Theory, my approach is more importantly based on a foundation of empathy, compassion, and respect. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your unique needs and goals, and tailor my interventions to best suit your individual needs.
I work with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds. I also take pride in having a multicultural perspective and being willing to learn about one’s culture and how it influences them. I recognize the importance of cultural sensitivity and strive to create a space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and valued.
