I am trained in hypnosis, Lifespan Integration, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive behavioral ,energetic techniques and art therapy modalities including sandtray. Being a registered nurse I also draw on many ways of working with the whole being. Sandtray therapy is a Jungian technique designed for working with children to facilitate a more thorough understanding of their difficulties.
Our extensive sandtray offers a way of expressing those things that can't be put into words. Children take to it naturally, creating worlds in the sand. Adults, couples and families have found it to be profound and clarifying in how the psyche shows solutions to difiiculties.and allows for the processing of feelings.
