I believe that lasting healing and change can, and do occur at a very deep level. Although you may feel stuck or even hopeless in some or many areas of your life, it doesn't have to stay that way. I offer a safe, non-judgmental counseling and therapy environment to relieve feelings such as anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and emotions related to physical challenges, and aging. I also offer you support with issues such as life transitions and spiritual concerns. You may be surprised to recognize strengths that you already have to help you in this process.
I describe my practice as holistic, and integrate mind-body techniques and meditation along with talk therapy. I have special interest in sharing calming, stress reduction activities which you can use in your daily life.
The primary methods we use are: "talk therapy" (Cognitive-Behavioral); "solution focused therapy" with resources and counseling for life problems; energy psychologies such as Tapas Accupressure Technique; and meditation.
