I provide a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy, helping people navigate a wide range of challenges in a supportive space. While I maintain a general practice, my specialty is working with children and adults with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, and childhood and developmental concerns.
I have experience helping people who are dealing with substance use issues, including those who have developed a dependence on prescription medications but don’t feel they fit into traditional substance abuse programs.
I provide treatment that has been shown to be effective and backed by scientific support. Evidence-based practices include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based interventions. My approach to therapy is to tailor interventions to the individual in a warm and supportive manner.
