S & K Professionals utilize strong case management to support clients, including in-home crisis assessment, psychosocial assessments, vocational assessments, grief counseling, required resources assessment, assistance in accessing resources, assistance in the treatment and progress of client's outcomes, and working with local and statewide agencies to ensure a smooth transition between clients and their families.
