About
Your life may seem filled with stress, anxiety, fear, and confusion. With everything that is going on in the world and in your life, those feelings are normal. Feeling anxiety and depression does not feel good though and therapy can help you with that. We can help you set realistic goals, we can help you process traumas and grief, and we can provide a safe space to heal. Whether you come to our office in Warrenville, IL or you see us by telehealth, we will make sure you feel safe, heard, and have the opportunity to heal and grow.
We want to help you heal and grow. We specialize in working with anxiety & depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, grief/loss, and substance misuse. We provide individual, couple's and family, adolescent, and adult therapy and have several specialties dealing with trauma, racial identity and injustice, LGBTQIA+ issues, grief and loss, and more.
If you’re not sure what the next step should be, give us a call and we will walk you through it. We offer a free 10-15 minute consultation by phone or video.
