My holistic, humanistic approach is grounded in social justice, feminism, anti-racism, and harm reduction. I draw from Adlerian, Feminist, Narrative, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) theoretical approaches to help you prioritize your relationship with yourself, process trauma, reframe your experiences, and reclaim your power.
