Life doesn’t always unfold the way we planned. If you’re navigating a major transition, questioning parts of your identity, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or carrying the weight of trauma, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I work with individuals who want to better understand their experiences and begin creating a life that feels more aligned.
I understand what it can feel like to be “othered." Many of the people I work with are processing trauma, dissociation, activist-related burnout, existential concerns, anxiety, or significant life transitions. Our work together moves at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
My style is warm, steady, and collaborative. Sessions are meant to feel grounding—like settling into a familiar coffee shop where you can exhale and focus on what matters most to you. I draw from psychoanalytic, existential, and person-centered perspectives while helping connect patterns and themes over time.
I’m also mindful of the harm the mental health field has caused marginalized communities and actively practice through anti-racist, decolonizing, and culturally responsive lenses. I use a trauma-informed and client-led approach. Ultimately, my role is to support you in moving toward a life that feels more integrated, intentional, and authentic.
