I have seen children recover from symptoms of trauma and stress, families heal from grief, and adults find meaning, purpose, and satisfaction in life. EMDR, CBT, DBT and Art Therapy are ways that I can cater to your needs.
I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety, and I'm experienced with ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues. I am rostered in Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR level II trained.
