Whether it’s in your career, relationships, or solitude we all have the means to unlock our desired feeling in these spaces. My goal is to help you do it. I hope we can create an environment to give you the tools to rethink your negative thoughts, explore emotions, and set goals through the process of mindfulness. I believe collaboration is the most important part of therapy. Therapy should be individualized for you, considering all parts of one’s identity and individual needs. Our diversity is what makes us truly special and we deserve a place where that can be seen, so why not start in therapy?
My approach is a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I believe this combination allows us to be fluid in our treatment of our specific needs and experiences. Through CBT, we learn to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, while ACT introduces mindfulness and acceptance practices.
I come from a diverse background and understand the importance of finding a therapist who can relate to the nuances of various identities. Finding therapy that works on your schedule can be difficult, which is why I'm pleased to offer therapy that caters to your schedule from the comfort of your home. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
