I am a licensed therapist specializing in working with adults navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. I provide a supportive space where clients can feel safe, heard, and empowered to work through difficult experiences while building clarity, confidence, and resilience. With a strong foundation in crisis intervention, I help clients move through overwhelming moments with steadiness and intention, reconnecting with a sense of control and emotional balance. I work from a strength-based, goal-oriented approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support meaningful, lasting change.
I work with approaches such as strength-based, goal oriented, CBT and specialize in working with anxiety, depression, school stress, family dynamics, confidence building, social skills and more. EAT will be offered in the future.
