Do you find yourself asking - Who am I? or I don't know what I want to do with my life? Balancing work, school, and relationships while trying to figure out who you are and where you're going can be daunting and overwhelming. The pressure to succeed, fear of failure, and uncertainty about the future can lead to stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. Well I am here to help, I have a passion for working with teens and young adults aged 16-35 who are ready to work on self-awareness and self-acceptance. I would love to be a part of your support system to help find confidence venturing out into this complicated world we are all a part of!

I’m an ADHD therapist supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals in communication, boundaries, relationships, and life changes. I strive to help reframe the world to work for you. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I support diverse identities and relationship dynamics. Using various therapeutic modalities, I tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs.

I understand how hard it can be to take that first step into counseling and I work hard to make it easy and comfortable. I strive to bring a unique sense of humor and warmth to all of my sessions.
