I know firsthand that many of us were not given healthy, comprehensive education about our sexual bodies. Often, messages of shame or suppression—such as those from purity culture—can leave lasting wounds and confusion about sexuality. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples as they unpack past experiences, work through trauma, and discover God’s GOOD design for intimacy and sexual wholeness. Even if talking about sex feels uncomfortable or like the last thing you want to do, I will meet you with compassion and patience. Together, we can uncover the beliefs and barriers that may be holding you back.
I use emotionally focused counseling and Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to help navigate through past traumas and connection issues with couples. I use books from Christian authors to help work through sensate focus exercises and learn about healthy sexuality from a Christ centered perspective.
I have a deep love for the Lord and for people, and I’m passionate about helping others experience growth in every area of life. My heart is to walk alongside you as you grow closer to God and to the people who matter most to you. I believe God created us as relational beings, designed for connection and community.
