Are you naturally empathic, maybe having been labeled as “too sensitive?" at some point in your life? Using Brainspotting (a trauma intervention like EMDR) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), I support deep-feeling queer, neurodivergent, and creative clients navigating anxiety, depression, struggles with self-love, relationship issues, and more - through the lens of social justice and the power of radical self acceptance. Working together, we will sift through what you truly desire & the old messages that might be standing in your way.

I use creative, somatic, and verbal techniques to help clients access the deepest parts of their psyches, so that they may better know and love themselves. I believe that shifts come when we are able to connect with all of our parts, even those that feel scary or uncomfortable to touch.

Therapy sessions with me often include inner-child communication, inner-family parts work, challenging stubborn self-beliefs with gentleness, and encouragement to trust your highest self and inner-wisdom. Together, we can navigate present-day challenges by connecting the dots of your past and exploring your highest truths, values, and dreams.
