I offer psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and meet with individuals from one to four times a week. Increased session frequency can provide a deeper understanding of your experience and uncover long standing underlying issues that may previously have been unreachable. I work with patients who are struggling with interpersonal and romantic relationship issues of all constellations, difficulty parenting, new parents, depression, anxiety, self harm, extensive cumulative or acute trauma, issues related to family of origin.
Together we will build on your inherent resilience, working collaboratively to uncover and alleviate suffering.
The therapeutic relationship is an essential element in facilitating change and I invite ongoing dialogue about how the process of therapy is going. We will consider the elements of work, love and play in your life and what aspect may need to be brought into balance.
