About
Life is complicated and it is easy for us to feel "stuck" or "lost" in decision-making, relationships, and creating a life we genuinely enjoy. My job is to EMPOWER clients to find their voice and strength, & take tangible steps toward feeling better. I believe anyone can succeed with the right tools. You’re capable of positive change, self-acceptance, and self-compassion, and counseling can offer tools to help guide you toward "mental wellness".
I work with clients ages 14 and up who feel overwhelmed with life transitions and/or have anxiety or social concerns. I utilize a well-rounded approach in mental health treatment, with focus on physical health & healthy habit development when applicable.
I help socially-awkward teens/young adults feel confident and maintain friendships. I help overwhelmed millenials (women especially) achieve ideal work/life balance. I help college students strategize to improve focus on academics while also enjoying their years in school. Please contact me via email for inquiries. Colorado residents will be telehealth only.
