My focus areas include adults, adolescents, and parents as we navigate this one life. Through an integrative, relational, and trauma-informed approach, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you or your child.
I believe that each person is unique and their treatment should be aligned with your goals and experiences. I find that taking a whole-person approach allows for more positive outcomes and overall experiences in therapy and in life. Therapy should be accessible to all and I am working to reduce the stigma around seeking treatment.
