I work best with adults, families, and children who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and difficulty coping through life's challenges.
My job is to partner with you and your child to reduce conflict, strengthen family relationships, and help kiddos process big feelings through play therapy, EMDR (trauma) therapy, sandplay, and other interventions. Play therapy is a child's natural language. I also use EMDR in therapy to help clients move past disturbing memories or difficult situations.
I am an LPC, and I work to provide evidenced-based interventions for children, teens, and adults so that client’s have the opportunity to heal past traumas and reach their goals.
