I've worked with teens and adolescents for 4 years using therapy techniques like CBT and sand tray to assist teens in building coping skills, developing self-worth, becoming better communicators, creating healthy friendships, changing thought patterns, and supporting them as a safe, trusted adult who cares.

FREE Teacher Support Group
A safe space for teachers to be heard by and support other teachers. This group is not affiliated with a specific school or school system = no fear of retaliation or judgement by your administrators. The goal is for teachers to feel understood, build community, and hopefully, feel supported enough to keep going.
