I believe that every person needs support, compassion, and an empathetic ear and has their own unique set of circumstances that brings them to therapy. My goal is to ensure every client I work with feels heard, seen, and supported. I am excited about working with clients who are new to or have previous experience with therapy. Therapy should be come as you are and through our time together we can work together to create and achieve goals, while also highlighting the strengths that you already possess. Hopefully through our work you can learn more about yourself and help bring more peace to your life.
I am a second year graduate student at Boston University, pursuing a Master of Social work degree. I approach client experiences with curiosity, openness, and compassion and am eager to continue developing my skills in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and active listening to provide support for clients.
After experiencing treatment for mental health disorders for many years, as well as struggling and questioning my own sexual identity, I want to continue to take what I have learned in BU’s social work program, through life experiences, and personal mental health journey to help others accept themselves and experience personal joy.
