I understand how important it is to feel heard and validated, especially when dealing with sensitive topics such as anxiety, chronic disorganization, gender identity, transgender health, trauma, depression, boundary setting, communication skills, and more. I write letters of support for gender affirming care.
My approach to therapy is from an intersectional perspective. My style is eclectic and tailored to each person’s unique needs because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The therapeutic alliance built on trust and rapport, is key to positive outcomes in therapy with me. I strive to foster a warm, inclusive, and person-centered environment.
Therapy with me is different- My sessions are truly person-centered, safe, affirming, free from judgement, and a little unconventional.
