Adult Support Group (Relationships)
This group covers issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Addiction Recovery & PTSD issues. Therapy: We will be using CBT, Solution Focused and Expressive Arts Therapy in-group. Topics: Check in and supportive feedback, Expression through Art, Parenting, Anger Management, Greif/Loss, Child abuse, DV issues, Anxiety, PTSD issues Light snacks and drinks will be served during the meeting. There is NO childcare available during the meeting.
