Hi, my name is Ryan and I’m accepting new clients as of May 9th, 2026. My work centers on helping people understand how they learned to survive their early environments, and how those once necessary survival strategies may now show up as anxiety, depression, people pleasing, obsessions/compulsions, addiction, self-criticism, or even just feeling “stuck.” I don’t see these symptoms as flaws or failures. I see them as loyal protectors doing their best to keep you safe, even if they’re now creating challenges in your life.

To support clients in connecting with their authentic selves, I draw from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, inference based CBT, relational-cultural theory, person-centered therapy, Imago principles, and somatic grounding. I’ve supported clients navigating OCD, social and generalized anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, and domestic violence.

No matter what brings someone into therapy, my intention is the same: to offer a space where you don’t have to perform, protect, or pretend, and where we can explore what your symptoms have been trying to communicate.
