I welcome clients of all backgrounds, but I specialize in working with individuals, couples and polycules who are navigating the unique issues that come up in nonmonogamous relationships. I take a trauma-informed approach to helping clients with anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health concerns.

As a polyamorous person, I know it's tough to find therapists who you don't have to explain yourself to. As a therapist, I draw on both personal experience and professional training to provide empathetic and enthusiastically affirming care for folks who draw outside the lines of societal norms when it comes to their lives and relationships.

Every day the world barrages us with noise, a constant racket of sales pitches, bad news and dubious advice. Therapy creates the opposite: A calm space where you can actually hear yourself think.
