I am trained in the unique lineage of Contemplative Psychotherapy developed at Naropa University. My approach blends the science of trauma and the nervous system with the living wisdom of Buddhist psychological inquiry. I am experienced and skilled in creating a collaborative, trauma informed, and personalized approach to your therapeutic journey.
