Relationships are powerful. They have the power to inspire us, help us grow, or they can smother and even destroy us. We spend much of our time and energy engaged in relationships, tolerating, fixing, and avoiding relationships. I believe that relationships are powerful vehicles for change. As a psychotherapist, I offer a relationship that is warm, challenging, accepting, and personal where you can feel a full range of emotions, learn, grow, and attain your goals.

I specialize in group therapy, family therapy and working individually with adults and adolescents. I have training in several modalities including cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic. Please give me a call for a free consultation.

I enjoy working with professionals, creative types, and those seeking growth. I am passionate about helping men develop emotional awareness, helping adolescents forming their identity and working with those in relational turmoil.
