I believe that life is more like an art than a science. This means that there isn't one universal blueprint for a 'good' life—no single path to a successful career, a loving relationship, or a peaceful mind. Just like creating art, building a beautiful life is inherently challenging. At the same time, some of the most beautiful art is forged in suffering and chaos. Whether I am supporting teens navigating identity formation, young adults exploring early career and relationships, or adults grappling with mid-life transitions, my focus is on helping others select the right brushes and pigments for their unique canvas.
My goal is to help you expand your perspective. Together, we will work to build your self-awareness of the feelings, motivations, and patterns that shape or misshape your life. My approach is grounded in Existential Therapy and integrates practical tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
It takes a lot of courage to come to therapy! I strive to create a warm, empathetic space while using gentle, honest words to encourage growth and self-reflection. I don't see myself as an expert with all the answers. Rather, I am a fellow traveler on life's path. I am excited to meet you!
