My philosophy is very Jungian-based. I believe that life is about consciousness, balance, and relationship. We heal and grow by shining the light on the darkness instead of avoiding it. This philosophy is a complete approach to the journey. We want to look at the whole of the issue and then work through the details. This brings us to a higher level of awareness that gives us more connection to the different parts of ourselves with a focus on sexuality, romance, intelligence, and spirit. The method of treatment used is a combination of somatic based, mental based, and spiritual based treatment.
I work well with trauma and with addictions and I specialize in working with and treating intimacy issues/sex therapy. I approach work with clients using body-centered and Jungian therapy, which incorporates a person's mind, body, spirit, and emotions in the healing process. This approach helps people to remove the blocks to find satisfaction in their lives.
A structured 6 month program is what I use. I choose to bring the masculine and feminine together. The body, mind, and soul are all important to lead a fulfilling life. The truth sets us free.
