My work centers on anxiety, depression, failure to launch, finding purpose, and the emotional terrain of adolescence and early adulthood. Using CBT/ACT, and motivational interviewing, I help clients move from stuck to forward motion. I also offer parent coaching for families navigating a struggling teen or young adult.
