I am currently accepting new teen and young adult clients (ages 13-25)! My approach to therapy is a deeply relational one. Recognizing that we can’t heal from our wounds unless our pain is held, honored, and met with compassion, yet sometimes we need encouragement to bravely step towards difficult spaces in our lives, I strive to find the most effective balance between challenge and compassion with each unique individual I work with.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults to address trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and all forms of addictions. My approach focuses on bringing healing to the roots of your pain through wholistic and compassionate engagement of your relational and emotional wounds using brain spotting, attachment focused therapy, and somatic therapy.
