I specialize in work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating isolation, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and non-monogamy. Using an emotionally focused, person-centered approach, we’ll explore unmet needs, heal attachment wounds, and move through even the toughest emotions — together.

My approach is centered on connection, warmth, and trust. Therapy with me feels like a conversation where you are truly seen, heard, and accepted. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you — and hold space for the emotions you’ve had to carry alone for too long.
