I work with high achievers, parents, and couples who seem to have “made it” on the outside yet feel paused, stuck, or not fully living the life they imagined. Some fear they’ve “failed to launch” into the next chapter of their lives — not because they lack ability, but because something inside keeps diverting their momentum. Too many know they should be further emotionally, relationally, or spiritually, yet something doesn’t let them step forward. You may feel successful and capable and still overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that keep you from deeper fulfillment with your partner, children, or within yourself.
I integrate neuroscience (EMDR, somatic work), spirituality, along with relationship therapy to help you heal. We don't just talk; we rewire how your nervous system handles stress and conflict. My approach is fueled by my own journey of transformation—I know firsthand that growth isn't about being perfect, and about finally feeling at home in your own skin.
