I work with high achievers, parents, and couples who seem to have "made it" on the outside yet feel paused, stuck, or not fully living the life they imagined. Some fear they've "failed to launch" into the next chapter of their lives — not because they lack ability, but because something inside keeps diverting their momentum. Too many know they should be further emotionally, relationally, or spiritually, yet something doesn't let them step forward. You may feel successful and capable and still overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that keep you from deeper fulfillment with your partner, children, or within yourself.
Using EMDR, somatic work, Imago Relationship Therapy, and neuroscience-informed practices — alongside faith, spirituality, and sobriety principles — I work with your nervous system, not just your story. My approach is shaped by 23 years of my own recovery. I'm not a distant expert; I'm a fellow traveler who happens to have a map.
